Worthiness is at the core of who you are. Your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviours all come from self-worth. Worthiness is being “good enough,” having value and being deserving of unconditional love and abundance, now, just as you are. Worthiness is being, not doing. It’s a balanced flow of receiving and sharing.
Worthiness is loving and accepting your most authentic self. By doing this, you can love all of who you are and others just the same, free from judgment, control and expectations. How you treat yourself and others is a really good indication of where you’re at in your self-worth journey.

Worthiness is the best feeling in the whole world. That’s when you really feel the results of love and abundance in the energetic expression of flow, expansion, clarity, strength, happiness and balance. It’s beautifully simple in its essence when blockages of fear, guilt and shame are removed.
Feeling, thinking and speaking from a space of worthiness will expand your heart wide open to the infinite flow of abundance and love that we all deserve and have access to. It’s the secret sauce to living in alignment with your most authentic self, having meaningful connections with others and strengthening your intuition and connection with the universe.
When you come into the space of having self-worth, you’ll energetically feel the shift into connection to self, source and selfless love. Your reality will become a dream state. It’s a beautiful and empowering feeling.
Affirmations + Gratitude
Worthiness begins in your thoughts. You need to take it from thoughts and words that can be articulated and transform those thoughts into emotions and feelings that can be physically and energetically felt.
When you think it, you have it. When you feel it, you “glow” it. Getting to that “glow” can be done through consistent use of positive affirmations and expressions of gratitude.
Your thoughts and feelings are the energetic force that will transform your physical reality. The more positive, uplifting thoughts you think, the better you feel, the more emotionally balanced you become, the more you act and attract from that space of happiness and well-being.
When you reach for the thoughts and feelings that feel good, and be in that energetic space more often, you feel balanced.
This process requires practice, patience and positivity and can be used to heal “unworthy blockages.” Unworthy blockages can manifest in different ways, including: feeling disconnected from your intuition, feeling a lack of passion and purpose, constant self-doubt and negative internal dialogue, discomfort with vulnerability and difficulty establishing healthy boundaries in relationships.
