Gratitude is an energetic force that you can access at any time.
Gratitude raises your vibration and will allow you to attract more beauty, love and happiness into your life. The more often you ground in the energy of gratitude, the more in tune you become with your heart’s desire and align yourself with what brings you true joy and happiness.
Gratitude will bring you into the space of feeling content. You will feel enough, as you are, and will release the expectation of attaining perfection.
One of my all time favourite self-worth teachers who advocates and elevates the subject of authenticity and vulnerability is Brene Brown (I’m sure you’ve heard of her, she’s a legend). Brene often says that our ability to feel loved and accepted comes from the belief that we are worthy of love and acceptance. This is a big reason why I believe a consistent self-care routine consisting of positive affirmations and a personal gratitude practice will align you to think and feel from a space of unconditional love and self-worth.
This makes gratitude your ultimate superpower! You can, at any time, feel happiness, joy and appreciation just by coming into a space of feeling and being enough. When you feel you are enough, as is, you feel worthy of loving and accepting your whole authentic self.
